An invoicing program carries a responsibility others do not: if it cuts off your access, it leaves you unable to invoice and without your accounts. That is why some things keep working even if you stop paying.

Contacts, products, invoices, expenses and books all export to CSV and Excel from your own account, without asking permission or waiting for someone to send them over. If one day Cairos stops being any use to you, moving out should not be the reason you stay.

Anything marked Coming soon is not available yet: the plan already includes it and it switches on by itself as soon as it is ready, without changing plan or paying more. We would rather flag it than have you find out on day one. On the Jade plan the same goes for the employee records. Above Jade there are three plans that do not fit in this table: Zafiro (€100 a month) goes up to 20,000 documents, 25 users and 5 companies and adds modelos 720 and 721, fine-grained permissions and telephone support; Rubí (€175) reaches 60,000 documents and brings multi-currency and manufacturing with bills of materials; and Diamante (€275) removes every cap and adds the connected online shop and payroll, the latter still coming. And if none of that fits, the bespoke plan: write to us and we will look at it.
What does your quarter cost you today?
If you spend six hours pulling invoices and expenses together every three months, that is twenty-four hours a year. At any hourly rate you like, the Cuarzo plan is cheap.
VeriFactu is not an extra
It is on every plan, the free one included. Meeting a legal obligation should not be a paid feature.
