Comparisons

Cairos compared with the programs we get compared with

Three comparisons with list prices verified and the date in plain sight, saying what the other one is better at. There are no tables with twenty green ticks on one side and twenty crosses on the other: that informs nobody and it shows straight away.

Prices checked on 25 August 2026Including what the other one does betterNothing from hearsay
The method

How these pages are written

We are talking about real companies, with people working inside them. These four rules are not decoration: they are the reason you can trust what you read here.

A dated price or no price at all

Every table says the day the other company's website was looked at. A price with no date is a price that is already wrong and you do not know it yet. If we could not verify a figure, we did not write it.

We say what the other one is better at

Every comparison has a whole section for that, and it is not there out of politeness: there are things they do better, and they may be exactly the ones you need.

No invented figures

No features we assume they lack, and no opinions dressed up as fact. Only what is published on their website today and can be checked in two clicks.

And we say that we are new

Cairos is recent and small. We do not have the network of integrations or the track record of those who have been going ten years. It is said on all three pages, because it is true and because you would notice anyway.

What we can say about Cairos

About ourselves we do have data, so here it is without beating about the bush. A permanent free plan, with no card and no countdown, with VeriFactu included: a chained record and a QR code from the very first invoice. Charging for meeting a legal obligation strikes us as indefensible, and that is why we do not do it, not even on the zero-euro plan.

On top of that, four plans at €10, €25, €50 and €100 a month, excluding VAT and per company; paid annually, €8, €20, €40 and €80. The first one already includes expenses, the AEAT tax forms and the VAT record book, which is what you actually need when closing a quarter.

And the part that is not a matter of price: the modules almost no generalist program brings. A members' register with fees and a SEPA direct debit batch, donations with their certificate and modelo 182, the allocation of a cooperative's surplus, VAT-exempt sports club fees, grants with their evidence, recargo de equivalencia, the Canary Islands' IGIC, the IPSI of Ceuta and Melilla and modelo 720. If your case is one of those, the comparison gets a good deal shorter.

And what we do not have: a track record, a catalogue of integrations and a network of partner accountancy firms. Others have that, and it is not a small thing.

The best comparison is to open both accounts

Ours asks for no card and does not expire, so you can keep it open while you decide.

About these comparisons

Because they have them, and because nobody believes a comparison in which whoever wrote it wins every row. If another program really does suit you better, we would rather you saw it here than two months after signing up with us.
From each program's public pricing page, looked at on a date that is written on every comparison. There are no brochure prices and no figures from hearsay. If we could not verify a figure, we do not publish it.
We are not going to say yes. What we compare is public data: prices, plans, limits and what each one advertises. For everything else, the best comparison is to open both trial accounts one afternoon.
Two, and both of them concrete: a permanent free plan with VeriFactu inside, and a list of modules that generalist programs do not usually bring, such as the members' register with a SEPA direct debit batch, modelo 182, the cooperative surplus or the recargo de equivalencia. They are in legal forms.

Compare, and stay with the one that works for you

Even if it is not us. Three months down the line, we all come out ahead.
